“Better than expected. Authentic and solid ingredients. A neighborhood I usually visit for Korean food just walked in for a quick noodle. I tried the spicy Szechuan beef noodle soup for a quick fix and ended. up savoring each bite and sip. The right balance between hot and Szechuan pepper. All the right amount of texture in brisket, tendon, and membrane done just right. It's been years since I last had something this orignal… and it was in Asia. I look forward to going back and trying other dishes.”
